The Kevin Olson Memorial Scholarship has continued to help young people reach their
dream of becoming firefighters. So far 10 scholarships of $1000 each have been awarded to students of Fire Ect in Vermilion

With everyones support the memorial fund has given away 3 scholarships to students at Vermillions fire-etc. college.
(1 per year)
Another scholarship will be awarded in October 2008.

Memorial T-shirt
The Olson Family has designed a memorial T-shirt in memory of Kevin Olson.
T-shirts are $20.00 each (+ shipping if outside Calgary) and are available in Adult S, M, L and XL.

ALL money from the sales of the T-shirts will go into the Kevin Olson Memorial Fund which aids young people in the
fulfillment of their dreams in the honorable profession of firefighting. The family is currently working with fire etc. in
Vermilion, AB and was able to give out the first scholarship in October 2005. The Olson's will continue to work with fire etc.
and also hope to expand the scholarship to other fire training facilities in Canada.

Kevin’s
family has commissioned a special pencil drawing, memorializing him, by Canadian artist Ingrid Zschogner. We are now making
prints (16” x 22”) of this available for purchase.
